Upon arrival your driver will be in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name on it. The arrivals hall is after you have cleared customs.

We will always make sure to send a vehicle big enough for you to comfortably ride in and which can take your luggage. Our fleet is one of the newest in Iceland.

Our policy is for clients to be ready in the lobby or visible from the outside if there's no lobby.

You will be picked up at your hotel or in the arrival lounge. However, for many downtown hotels, there are designated bus stops due to city regulations. The bus-stop regulation applies to groups of 7 or more. For 6 or less passengers we can use a small vehicle which can enter the center of Reykjavik. Bigger groups will receive an email with the actual pick up after booking.

You can bring as much luggage as safely fits into the vehicle. If you have an exceptional amount of luggage, let us know and we will make arrangements. Usually you can bring it on our transfer if you could bring it on a plane.

Yes, you can travel with us. Although our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible, we can accommodate passengers who can move a few steps.

Yes, we provide safe seating for children. Please include your children's ages in your booking so we bring the correct seat.

When booking, for arrival, simply enter the estimated time of your flight. Our drivers will know how long to expect for you to land at Keflavik international airport, get off the plane, walk the airport, claim your luggage and clear customs. 

For the departure we recommend pick up 3 hours before the departure of the flight. If you add the stop at the Blue Lagoon 5 hours  are good.

If you are unable to find your drop-off location when trying to book online, this may be due to your accommodation being new or outside the capital area around Reykjavik.

Private transfers are charged per vehicle, making them more cost-effective per person for larger groups.

You can book up to 8 hours before your transfer online. With shorter notice you have to call us so we can see if we can arrange your transfer.

It takes around 45 minutes to drive from the airport to the city.

Yes, you can change your booking by sending an email to sales@snaeland.is. We appreciate receiving changes at least 24 hours in advance. For shorter notice, we recommend following up the email with a call.
